Daniel J. Ripper

Dan received his undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1989. He then attended the University of Tennessee law school, graduating in 1992. He has been actively practicing in the state and federal courts in Tennessee and Georgia since that time, having been licensed in both states since 1992. Dan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers . He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Georgia State Bar. He has been in practice with the firm of Luther-Anderson, PLLP or one of its predecessors since 1992.
